Joshua R. Geller
| vcard Joshua R. Geller joined Hafetz Necheles & Rocco in 2008. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Tufts University in 1998, his M.A. from University College London in 1999, and his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2002. In 2002–04, Mr. Geller served as a law clerk to the Hon. Thomas K. Moore of the District Court for the United States Virgin Islands, St. Thomas/St. John Division, and in 2004–05 he clerked for the Hon. Edith Brown Clement of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Prior to joining Hafetz & Necheles, Mr. Geller was associated with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he focused on complex civil litigation as well as regulatory and criminal investigations. Mr. Geller is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on White Collar Criminal Litigation and is active on the Sentencing and Securities subcommittees. He is also a member of the Federal Bar Council and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Geller is admitted to the bar in New York, New Jersey, and the United States Virgin Islands. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District Court for the United States Virgin Islands, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. |
