Thomas E. Thornhill joined Hafetz Necheles & Rocco in 2010. He received his J.D. cum laude (Order of the Coif) from Fordham University School of Law in 2002 and a B.A. in Russian Studies from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining HNR, Mr. Thornhill was associated with the firms of Clifford Chance US LLP, Heller Ehrman LLP and the Law Offices of Victor J. Rocco. His practice focuses on white collar criminal proceedings and investigations as well as complex civil litigation, including securities fraud and civil RICO. Mr. Thornhill also has experience in antitrust, general commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
